Rate Tickets

Check the rates policy:

No refund or cancellation will be applied to Daytrips / Promocode Bookings or Basic Rate bookings.
No refunds will be issued if the rate is lower than the original..
The ticket is non-transferable..
Change of dates will be subject to a $75 fee per change plus any price increase..
Ferry reservations are valid up to 1 year from the booking date.(request 24h before the original travel date).
Any passenger who does not board the vessel for any reason, beyond the Company´s control, shall not be entitled to a refund or date change..

Check the rates policy:

Reservations submitted for cancellation 7 days before the original sailing date: Full Refund.
Booking cancellations submitted between 4-6 days before sailing, 50% penalty.
Booking cancellations submitted 3 days (72 hours) or less before the sailing date, no refund.
Ferry reservations are valid to travel up to 1 year from the booking date.(request 24h before the original travel date).
The ticket is non-transferable.
Date changes up to 24h before scheduled departure date.
Change of dates will not be subject to a fee. However, any price increase that might be applicable to the new ticket shall be charged.
No refunds will be issued if the rate of the new ticket is lower than the original.
